Kanama Return & Refund Policy

At Kanama, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a reliable customer experience. This policy explains our 30-day refund eligibility, return requirements, and how we handle product quality issues.

30-Day Refund Policy

Kanama offers a 30-day refund option for unopened and unused products.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
  • The product must remain sealed, unopened, and unused
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

Once the returned package arrives at Kanama and passes inspection, we will process the refund.

Please note that opened, used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Product Quality Issues

If you open your package and discover a product quality issue, please reach out directly to our support team at: support@kanama.com

Please provide the following in your email:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After verification, Kanama will provide the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of defective products
  • Replacement parts
  • Other support solutions, depending on the situation

We are committed to helping resolve product issues as quickly as possible.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an eligible unopened product, please contact: support@kanama.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for your refund request
  • Photos showing the unopened condition of the package

After confirming eligibility, our team will provide return instructions.

Important: Please do not ship any products back before receiving confirmation and explicit return instructions from Kanama.

Return Shipping

For eligible unopened product refunds, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After Kanama receives and inspects the returned product, the product purchase amount will be refunded.

Please note: If a shipped order is refused without contacting Kanama first, any additional shipping costs caused by the refusal may be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and confirmed to meet the refund requirements:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order

The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and usually takes 1–2 business days after processing.
