 30-Day Refund Policy

At Kanama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind after receiving your product, we offer a 30-day refund policy, allowing you to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please read the following conditions to ensure a smooth refund process:

Refund Conditions:

The product must be in brand-new, unused, and unopened condition.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@kanama.com. When reaching out, kindly include your order number, the reason for your return request and a clear image of the current status of your package.

Once we confirm that the product meets the conditions for a refund, we will provide you with the return address.

 

Return Shipping:

Please note that if you are requesting a return for personal reasons (such as changing your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to any issue on our end (such as an error in processing or shipping errors), we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

Refund Process:

Once we have received the returned item and inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund promptly on the next business day. You will be notified once the refund has been completed.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
