Returns & Refunds

Please do not send any products back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from Kanama.
For eligible unopened and unused product returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once Kanama receives and inspects the returned product, the product purchase amount will be refunded.
Please note that any additional shipping costs caused by refusing a delivery without contacting Kanama first may be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your returned product arrives at Kanama and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.
