All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@kanama.com.

 

How long does delivery take?

 

The estimated delivery time is 4-15 business days. Delivery for pre-order items may vary based on availability.

 

Which countries do you ship to??

 

Ship to 96 countries and regions in the world. If the delivery address you fill in prevents you from placing an order and paying normally, it means that the country with the address is not within our service scope. 

 

How will my delivery be shipped? 

 

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely. Based on your shipping address and order details, we select the most suitable delivery option to provide you with an efficient and worry-free shipping experience..

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time? 

 

Whenever possible, we ship products together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately. A notification will be emailed for each shipment.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out? 

 

You can contact us within 60 minutes of receiving your shipping confirmation email to update your delivery address. Unfortunately, once an item is en route, we cannot change the delivery address. 


What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided. 

 

Note: According to the requirements of logistics carriers, Turkish recipients are required to provide a personal identification number (11-digit). Please submit the 11-digit code through the Add Order Note form when placing an order.
