I mainly take it on the boat; the biggest hassle before was always having to prepare spare batteries. After charging this one, I just put it in my gear bag, and when I get to the water I connect the hose and it's ready. It's not loud on the low setting. I later tried the vacuum sealing function on a few bags of fish, and it's a useful feature.

For a machine that does this many things, the design is surprisingly simple. I was expecting it to take a while to figure out, but the instructions and videos made it pretty straightforward. After using it a couple times, I didn't really need to look at anything anymore. That's probably what I like most about it — lots of functions without making it complicated.

Ero convinto che non ce la facesse a spingere aria nel mio vascone modificato da 30 litri. E invece raga spinge eccome. Le bolle escono piccolissime e continue, non quelle bolle giganti che fanno gli aeratori cinesi da 5 euro. Per me super promosso.

30+ years of freshwater fishing here, never been a big "new gadget" guy. If the old stuff works I use it. Old pump finally rusted out so picked this up cuz I was sick of replacing cheap ones every single season. Definitely heavier than those tiny clip-on pumps, but it sits down in the bucket nicely and doesn't bounce around the boat deck when we hit wakes. Havent used every single feature and probably wont, just need it to work when I flip the switch. So far, it does. No complaints.

Ok. This thing is actually insanely good. I’ve owned dozens of aerators from the old school “2 D-Battery” ones to all the Chinese Amazon budget ones. This Kanama aerator blows all of them out of the water. I do a lot of salt water fishing and the salt corrodes everything I’ve owned. The fact that this thing is waterproof and submersible is amazing. The charging magnet is awesome and the battery life is seriously all-day. I think I used up around 15% after about 4-5 hours. Insane. The vacuum accessory is a bonus, and both methods of aerator (submerged and traditional) work equally well. Never thought I’d say it’s with the month on this one, but I really think it is considering the dozens of other aerators that ended up in the graveyard. OH! Also, the long battery life is absolutely not because its low power. Its create far more bubbles and water circulation than most of the other aerators I've thrown away. It at least on par with the more powerful battery powered aerators I've tested around 5w-6w.

forgot it was running... Got home late saturday, left the shiners in a bucket in the garage with this thing going. Monday morning I walked in and went oh crap. Pump still pumpin. Fish still swimming. Honestly thought both were gonna be dead as a doornail. Thats probably the best review I can give honestly. Battery is legit.

Got this for my dad for Father's Day. He has a pontoon and already owns like 900 fishing gadgets so had zero clue what to buy him. He called me yesterday saying hes been using the vacuum sealer part to keep his spare fuses and small electronics dry on the boat??? Which is apparently a thing guys do now. Now hes telling ME I gotta buy one. So yeah... gift was a hit I guess haha.

Bought it for minnows. Then used it to seal leftover sausages at camp.Then my wife asked if it could seal her stuff. Now it's somehow a camping tool too lol. The bubbler did its job overnight at the lake, but honestly didnt expect to use the vacuum side at all. Bacon, cheese, random snacks... way easier than messin around with ziplocks. Not complaining at all, just wasnt what I expected when I ordered a "fishing pump."

Galveston trip last weekend. Live shrimp. 5 gal bucket. Hot enough on deck to fry an egg. Left this thing running pretty much the whole damn day. At one point we took a huge wave over the side and the pump got totally soaked. I didnt even bother turning it off, figured if it dies it dies. It didn't. My old dollar store pumps woulda been in the trash mid-trip. This one is still sitting in my boat ready for next weekend.

Took the vacuum side down to the dock cuz I was curious if it'd actually work on raw fish. Had a few redfish fillets and didnt want em sitting loose in the cooler melting into ice sludge on the drive back. It worked!! Best part was no fish juice all over my truck trunk when I got home local dock clean up was way easier ?? I still use my big foodsaver in the kitchen for bulk stuff, but tossing this in the boat? Yeah it just makes sense.

Honestly? I just wanted a rechargeable bait pump. My old one eats D batteries like crazy and I was so done buying em. Used this at the jetty yesterday. Got splashed a ton, left it running basically all day. Got home, fish still kickin, pump still good. Works. Charges. No annoying batteries. thats the review.

Got this for my husband cause he is ALWAYS losing or breaking his fishing gear. I figured this might actually last longer than the cheap crap he usually brings home lol. He took it out on the kayak Sunday and came back talking about how quiet it was. Apparently his old aerator was loud enough to hear from a mile away. This one he said he honestly forgot was running. I don't fish so I can't speak on that part, but anything that stops him from complaining about his gear every weekend is a win in my book!!

I did NOT buy this to vacuum seal meat ?? Buddy talked me into grabbing it for night fishing. Fine. Whatever. Then I remembered I had a bunch of venison in the chest freezer from last season that needed repacking. So I tried it. And now somehow thats the part I use the most??? The funny thing is most of these "2 in 1" gadgets are really 1 in 1.5 situation. One side is good, other side is total junk. This one actually does both. Didnt expect that at all tbh.

3 days offshore and this thing just sat there doing its job. Thats pretty much it lol. Usually I go through 2 or 3 cheap bubblers a year. Saltwater gets in em, they start making that awful buzzing noise, then boom dead. Had this getting sprayed all weekend and didn't miss a beat. Ran the bait pump on and off pretty much the whole run. Checked battery on day 3 and light was still green. Havent even touched the vacuum thingy yet. Bought it for the bait and for that alone, I'm happy with it.

I’ve gone through at least five or six of those cheap plastic bubblers over the last few years, mostly the basic battery ones you grab at Walmart right before heading out. Every single one ends up dying the same way—either salt gets into the battery tray or the switch rots out after a couple weeks on the ocean. Finally got sick of buying disposable gear and picked up the versa pump last month. Man what a difference. Used it on a full 8 hour saltwater trip last weekend, held it under water to rinse off some gunk at the boat ramp (which made me super nervous not gonna lie) and it just kept running like nothing happened. The magnetic charger port is huge for this reason alone. Still had plenty of battery left at the end of the day too. Honestly thought the vacuum pump feature was gonna be a gimmick I'd never use, but it actually works pretty good for sealing up leftover bait at the house. I've only had it about three weeks so we'll see how it holds up long term, but as of right now I'm super happy with it. Wish I just bought this first instead of wasting money on all those cheap ones.

The pump itself seems to be a very good quality build, and also the bags seem to be tough as described. I haven't used it yet apart from a test but so far I'm happy with my purchase. If this changes I will update.
